Smoothie bowl chain Complete Sol to double footprint with areas in RiNo, Sloan’s Lake

A smoothie bowl chain is squeezing out two extra Denver-area areas.

Complete Sol plans so as to add areas in RiNo and Sloan’s Lake by year-end, including to its two current spots by Union Station and Boulder.

In RiNo, the restaurant will take up 1,750 sq. ft on the bottom flooring of The Hub, a brand new workplace constructing at 3601 Walnut St., Complete Sol co-owners Phil Dumonet and Alexa Squillaro confirmed.
