Horseshoe Pool - Coarse Fishing
The smallest lake on site at 1 acre an ideal beginners pool with plenty of fish in and easy to catch. With 10 pegs this lake is ideal for the angler that doesn’t like the crowds and just loves being outside catching a wide range of fish. Mirror, Common, and Crucian Carp, bream, roach, rudd, tench, gudgeon and perch are in this lake so the angler will get great sport from different species ranging in size. This lake can also be booked by your club for matches which you will see some great bags. There is a car park at the side of this lake which makes great access for the disabled angler. The lake averages at 4ft with shallower water around the reed beds and in the top corners, pole fishing is ideal for every peg on this lake as the margins are deep and the fish hold close in to the reeds. A wide range of baits work well on the lake just keep the lose feed going in and the fish will come across your hook bait.
